In the quest to ingest more healthy fats, the two major players that invariably arise are nuts and olive oil. But which is better? That was the question tackled in this RealAge Tip of the Day.

According to survey data released by the American Chiropractic Association, the percentage of kids receving chiropractic care has risen 8.5% since 1991.
The survey showed that kids were being treated for not only neck and back pain, but also as a complement to their care for asthma, colic, recurrent ear infections, nursing difficulties and bedwetting.
If you have any questions about whether or not chiropractic care could be beneficial for your kids, please don’t hesitate to ask me!
